Yoshio Shimoda, Founder/Chairman of ILS-INCONTROL K.K., became a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) in 2003, the world largest international body for lawyers, as the first Japanese immigration lawyer. He gives lectures on immigration control at international conferences.
