Basic Philosophy
ILS-INCONTROL K.K. primarily provides support for applications for Certificates of Eligibility for residence status, applications for permission to change residence status, applications for extension of residence periods, and other visa (residence status) application procedures for foreigners wishing to stay in Japan. In our business, we handle important customer information. To protect this information from security risks, we establish a management framework and take steps to ensure information security.

1. Establishment of ISMS
   The Company will set up an Information Security Management System (ISMS) by creating an organization to promote ISMS and making necessary rules to meet information security requirements related to our business, considering the needs of our business partners, society, and our business policies.
2. Business Partner Requirements
   To meet the expectations of our business partners, the Company will handle the information entrusted to us by our business partners under the supervision of responsible personnel, following defined rules and procedures. We will ensure the secure management of this information by complying with contracts about information security with our business partners. We will also strive to continuously provide services to our business partners.
3. Societal Needs
   The Company will follow laws, regulations, and other rules related to information security, such as the Personal Information Protection Law and the Unfair Competition Prevention Law.
4. Commitment to Information Security and Continuous Improvement
   To ensure our commitment to ISMS, the Company will set information security goals and work on continuous improvement.
